Please note that any tickets purchased in sections 1- 4 on the floor will be WILL CALL ONLY. Tickets purchased in floor sections 1-2-3-4 can only be picked up at Will Call at MadisonSquareGarden on the night of the performance beginning at 7PM. Purchaser must pickup the tickets in person. Purchaser must present the credit card used in making the purchase. Purchaser must produce a second form of official photo ID. Your guests must accompany you to pick up the tickets. You and your guest will be required to enter the arena as soon as you pick up the tickets. You may not leave the building with the tickets. Once inside, you cannot leave and return. There will be no re-entry permitted. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS PROCESS.
ARRIVE EARLY: Please arrive one-hour prior to showtime. All packages, including briefcases and pocketbooks, will be inspected prior to entry. Additional instructions will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.
