Bruce Springsteen was Awesome. Seats were perfect (105 row G). We were seven rows up stage left, perfect.
Opened up show with 10th Ave Freeze Out and ended with Glory Days with Jon Bov Jovi showing up from the rafters to sing duet!
Thanks again for all the work in getting tickets to hotel in Houston, even with all the curve balls that FedEx and I threw your way.
I will be using your service from now on, you can be sure.
PS Wife and I are tempting to drive to Houston tonight to see him AGAIN!
You can also add that this sales director a for major electronics concern uses ticket brokers at least twice per month for not only personal use but business (entertaining) as well with several local Dallas brokers but not anymore.

I cannot tell you how happy you and Ticketfinder have made me, for adjusting my order, allowing the exchange which was caused by my own mistake, and so promptly.
Your online service and customer service are far superior to that of Ticket Master. Both I and my traveling companion have been trying since Thursday (72 hours now) to use their online ordering service, only to be sent through repeated sign ups, "we already have an account for that address", "our records show no account for that address"...creating more accounts, attempting purchase with 5 different credit cards that did not seem to get verified (although used for plenty else over our up coming LA, Vegas, San Fran holiday), Customer service phone numbers which also had endless auto-menus, eventually inviting us to leave a message, and Customer Service email responses that only pointed us to the same routes that we explained were not working.
I assure you all my friends, many U.S. based event-enthusiastic friends, will hear of your superior service.
